Mawbeetles are large insectoid creatures with a ravenous appetite for meat. Despite their ferocity, they make surprisingly loyal companions to anyone that feeds them. Mawbeetles are prized as combat mounts for their aerial maneuverability, tenacity, and fearlessness in battle. In the wild, mawbeetles form mated pairs for life. They hunt together and will fight to the death to defend each other.
